Ignition Drill & Replace 1995 Ford Explorer

Customer was out of town and lost his keys to this 1995 Ford Explorer. Drilled it out with good cobalt bits and carbide burrs, installed a new lock cylinder without rekey. The ignition had already been changed previously and did not match the doors. Picked and decoded the door lock cylinders to make the door keys. Solid again!
